PUPPIES BORN 28th MARCH 2018 SIRE:  CHAMPION SAMHAVEN JUST IN TIME (Owned by Alison Grainger) DAM:  LATIKA ACTIS POLAND AT DYCOSHEM First photos of puppies at 1--2 weeks More puppy photos 3-4 weeks of age Billy-Bob is at the top, then Lacey with Lilley at the bottom Being our first litter and we fell in love with them, each having their own individual character so we decided to keep them all.  So here are L-R on the bottom left photo Lilley, Billy-Bob and Lacey On 1st July we took them to a fun dog show and after asking permission from the organisers we entered them into a few classes.  My son Kenny helped, his first time in the show ring, and the babes walked lovely.  This was good practice for travelling in the car and socialisation with other dogs and people, plus good training in the ring.  Lacey was awarded 3rd place in the puppy class handled by Ron.  They got a lovely rosette and goody bag.  Here they are at 13 weeks old.   After much thought about KC registered names we finally decided to give the babies names of places that we loved when we had visited the USA on our many holidays there.   Dycoshem Sedona Belle (Lilley) - named after Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona Dycoshem Sonoran Sunrise (Lacey) - named after the Sonora Desert, Arizona Dycoshem Havasupai Wonder (Billy-Bob) - taken from the Havasupai native american tribe who were one of the original tribes to live in the Grand Canyon area. The Grand Canyon being one of the original Wonders of the World, we thought we'd add Wondor to his name. At the age of 6 months we started showing our pups and to our amazement Billy-Bob and Lilley qualified for Crufts 2019 at their first championship show. Lilley was awarded 1st in Minor Puppy bitch at the London & Provincial Collie Club. Billy was awarded 3rd in Minor Puppy dog at the same show. At the beginning of November at the East Kent open show Lacey was 1st in puppy class, Best Puppy (BP) and Reserve Best of Breed (RBOB) and went on to gain Puppy Group placing 4 (PPG4). Beginning of December at the Woolwich DCS open show Lilley was 1st in puppy, Best Puppy and gained PPG2. She also got BP in the Any Variety Pastoral (AVP) class. Then in December at the Guildford DCS open show Lilley was 1st in puppy, BP and PPG4. And at the Colchester DCS open show Lilley was 1st in Graduate, BP PPG2 and RBOB. At this show Lacey was 1st in puppy class. May 2019 Billy-Bob & Lacey (l-r) Lilley (who killed the grass?) Lacey Billy-Bob Pleased to say that all 3 pups qualified for Crufts 2020   Billy-Bob was placed 3rd at Crufts 2020 and qualified for Crufts 2021.   We didn't take Lacey. Due to the Covid-19 virus all shows have been cancelled in 2020 at the time of this update in April. Lilley Lilley was Runner Up Puppy at the EACA Collie of the year show 2020 following in her mums footsteps. We are pleased to say that in August 2022 at the EACA Championship show Lilley gained her Stud Book number. Lacey Lacey was shown as a pup but unfortunately due to an accident to her eye in the garden when she was about a year old we have not taken her to many shows. Billy 2022 and we have been to a few shows with the dogs.  In August Billy-Bob had a lovely 4th placing in Limit class at L&P Championship show.
